RCET signs up to the #IWill Campaign

We believe wholeheartedly that all young people, and in our case all Armed Forces young people should have an opportunity to be listened to, respected, and supported to make a difference.

The #IWill campaign running this week across the UK aims to make youth participation in social action the norm for all young people. We’ve signed up with an #IWill Pledge to highlight our commitment to children’s rights and youth voice. Will you join us?

We pledge to:

- Continue with our children’s rights approach committing ourselves to
listening to, and supporting Armed Forces children and young people to
share their experiences with relevant decision-makers across Scotland
- Work with partners to ensure as many Armed Forces children and young
people from as diverse backgrounds and experiences as possible are
empowered to share their experiences.
- Work with our local, and national Youth Participation groups to make
progress on making positive change in, and for their communities of
place and identity.

Join us in supporting the young people of today make a difference for the world of tomorrow!
