In among the unusual and stressful situation we find ourselves in at the moment, we are happy to announce some good news! We are pleased to welcome Clare Hayward as our new Trustee.
Clare has over 30 years experience as a General Practitioner, initially as an R.A.F. medical officer undertaking postings both in the UK and overseas. Then as a civilian GP in various parts of England, including Wiltshire, Buckinghamshire ,Norfolk and Bedfordshire ,whilst supporting her husband in his service career. For the last 21 years she has been a GP in Lothian.
Clare was a service child, serving officer, wife of a serving officer and mother of 2 service children ,the younger of whom now serves in the Army reserve in Edinburgh.
She has twice served as a school governor and is a keen gardener and cross country skier.
